Dr Tim McClure, Founder / Senior Pastor

Dr Tim McClure is happily married to his wife Jenny for 38 years, proud father of three children; Chanda, Tim Jr, Aleena and very excited to be called “GP” by his three grand children; Dylan, Aurora and Amiley.  Dr McClure moved to Melbourne, FL in 1980 and founded Promiseland Church where he built a 26,000 square feet complex of buildings on 6 acres of property. During these decades, Dr McClure has baptized over 3800 people and has seen more than 5000 to give their heart to Christ.

Pastor McClure holds a BA in Pastoral Administration from Spirit & Truth College, MS in Psychology from South Hampton University, Doctorate of Divinity and Ph D Psychology from St Thomas College.

Dr McClure is an author, spiritual and motivational speaker who has traveled to over 30 countries. Dr McClure is a Biblical Entrepreneur who has helped people start and succeed businesses of all kinds.  Dr McClure is a professional relationship specialist and has counseled 1000’s over the past three decades.

Jenny McClure

Jenny was born in Maryland where she and Dr McClure grew up and married. Pastor Jenny is known around the world as the most professional host and the purest Christians anyone can know. Jenny has worked along side of her husband, Dr McClure their entire married and ministry life. Pastor Jenny is a gifted administrator and events coordinator at Promiseland. Pastor Jenny works very closely with the Children’s ministry at PLC. Jenny is known and most appreciated as the greatest wife any pastor could ever wish for. Jenny is the founder and business owner of Creative Events, certified license with Association of Bridal Consultants.

Dan Toops

Pastor Dan Toops is a graduate of Texas Bible College with degree in pastoral ministry. He and his wife Patti were missionaries to Germany and pastored for more than a decade in Louisiana before moving to Melbourne and becoming Dr McClure associate pastor. Pastor Dan oversees the membership and assimilation ministry at PLC. Pastor Dan is also a business owner and entrepreneur.

Tim McClure Jr

Pastor Tim Jr is Dr McClure’s son and has been helping his dad in work and ministry his whole life. Tim Jr is a professional drummer and has played for PLC for more than 20 years. He has served as Youth Pastor, College / Career and various ministries at PLC. Tim Jr preached his first sermon when he was just 11 years old. Tim Jr helps his dad with ministering and other associate duties. Tim Jr holds a degree in Computer networking from Keiser University.
