Pastor P.T. McClure was born in Madison, W Va. July 20, 1955 to Rev. Wilbert & Nellie McClure. In 1960, his family moved to Baltimore, Maryland where he was raised. Tim McClure’s father was a Baptist evangelist where he grew up as a Baptist till he was seventeen years old where he first attended a Pentecostal church in Baltimore, Maryland. Tim McClure was married to Jenny Chappell in 1973. Tim and Jenny are the parents of three children, Chanda, Tim Jr., and Aleena. All Pastor McClure’s children are assisting him in the ministry. Pastor McClure accepted the call into the ministry in 1975 where he received the Holy Spirit at age 17. Pastor McClure spent his first four years of formable Pentecostal training. Tim McClure received ministerial training at World of Truth Institute from 1976 – 1980. Pastor McClure was ordained as associate minister in 1976.

Tim McClure moved to Melbourne, Florida May 1980 and founded Bible Truth Church. Pastor McClure has had over 3600 people saved and filled with the Holy Spirit and over 2500 baptized under his ministry in Melbourne, Florida. Pastor McClure has witnessed thousands who have come to Christ in his overseas ministries over the past 20 years. Pastor McClure has preached and visited over 15 countries during the past 20 years. Pastor McClure produced one of the most successful Christian radio Q & A talk show of Christian radio in Brevard County (1981-1994). Pastor McClure ministered on NCN Christian television and TV channel 55.

Pastor McClure is founder and CEO of Tim McClure Ministries, Inc., an international ministry that promotes personal and church growth through motivational speaking, preaching and teaching. Tim McClure Ministries is now reaching into India, Korea, Taiwan, Australia, Brazil, Kenya, Canada, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Ireland, Scotland, Caribbean, and USA through his ministry and materials. Tim McClure founded and was president of American Academy (1984-1998). Pastor McClure is founder / president of the Association of American Children, a non-profit organization for the education, assistance and well being of under privilege children. Pastor McClure was a board member of Jackson College in Jackson, Mississippi (1992-1996). Pastor McClure is author of six books, translated in five languages and eight study courses, used in Bible colleges in America, Korea, Suriname and Brazil.
